Many of our older members hark back to the days when whole families came down to the club together.  Last Friday, I went down to the Friday Family Tennis evening organised by Liz Caton.  It was great fun with a wide range of ages and abilities present.  I played with some of our new members and the atmosphere was wonderful. 
When not playing tennis, I played with Adam nearly 3 years old, who had brought his own portable craft set and three-wheeler to play with while his parents took turns to play.  The fun continued until dusk stopped play, well after Adam's bedtime.  The bar was open all evening and more members appeared later to keep it going.
Come down and enjoy a good old-fashioned family club evening.
