Welcome to Upton Victory Hall Lawn Tennis Club
Our Club is closed from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December
The Prime Minister has announced new national restrictions for England to be implemented from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December. The measures will have implications for recreational tennis activity and as such all tennis court booking/usage, social events and coaching will not be permitted during this time.
Our club will therefore be closed for the duration of the lockdown.

Autumn tennis & Upton Tennis Club Runner's Up at Cheshire LTA Club Awards
Upton Tennis club, Rake Lane, Wirral is well suited for tennis throughout the year, as we have 8 courts of which 4 are astroturf. Three of our 4 astroturf courts were recently replaced and now bedded in after their second Winter. Our 4 grass courts are closed for the Winter. The 4 Astroturf courts are open throughout the winter months come rain or shine, and it's amazing how quickly the water drains off and they are ready to play. Astroturf carpetted courts are kinder to your knees and feet than your typical hard surfaces. All courts are looked after by our full time groundsman (who also looks after the Tennis Pavilion, Badminton Sports Hall, rooms for hiring when restrictions lifted (see link below), bowling green and croquet lawns).
