91st Annual General Meeting

Monday 11th January 2016 at 7.30 p.m.

You are encouraged to attend and express your views on the running of your club.

If over the age of 16 you are entitled to vote on any aspect of the club’s operation within the following agenda.

Please note that members over the age of 18 may request that other motions be added to the agenda. Any such motions must be lodged in writing, with the Chairman before Monday 21^nd December 2015. Notification of any such additions will be published on the Tennis Club notice board.

There will be an opportunity in AOB to raise other matters for discussion but they cannot be voted upon this year.

At the AGM ALL THE OFFICERS and GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO RE ELECTION

Club members are entitled to make nominations for any or all of the following positions.

Nominations must be writing and given to the Hon Secretary before Monday 21st December.

All nominations must have the consent of the nominee and carry the signatures of a Proposer and Seconder.

All three – i.e. nominee, proposer, and seconder –must have been voting members for over 12 months.
